Damage in transit
Photograph the piece and the packaging and send them across within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a replacement where stock allows, or refund in full where it doesn't.
Natural variation
Glaze, grain and finish differ from piece to piece. That variation is the point of a hand-made object and isn't treated as a fault.
Change of mind
