Timelines
In-stock pieces dispatch within a few working days of a quotation being approved. Anything being brought in to order takes longer, and we tell you that number up front.
Packing
Ceramics, glass and stone travel double-boxed. If a piece needs a crate, that cost appears on the quotation rather than as a surprise later.
Charges
Shipping is quoted per enquiry rather than as a flat rate, so you are never over-charged on a small parcel or under-quoted on a heavy one.How quotations work →
